I posted long time ago in this blog about the Kimberley Process Initiative. Unfortunatedly; I wasn't surprised to read that in reality, despite the certification process, blood diamonds have never ceased to exist. Explotation of diamonds in Central African Republic (CAR), apparently continues to be highly questionable, according to Ned Dalby who works for the International Crisis Group, an entity that has published a report under the name of "Dangerous Little Stones: Diamonds in the Central African Republic".
